We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help lead the architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems across the business. You’ll work closely with Sana’s data science, product, engineering, and operations teams to design workflows that will enhance the experience of our members and internal users. If you’re a hands-on engineer with deep expertise in machine learning systems and a pragmatic approach to delivering value quickly in a startup environment, let’s talk!
Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $190,000 - $210,000 base + equity per year for all US-based remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
