Responsibilities:

  • Help the firm with our Newsletter/Infusion software.
  • Create a mailer design (using the content & images available) and set it up (to be ready to deploy), including all essential analytics tools and plugins.
  • Communicate with the CEO about the layout for social media posting, website design, email campaigns, and other marketing campaigns as needed.
  • Trimming videos and putting together the rough project.
  • Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, and special effects.
  • Create video content that engages, informs, and inspires both our clients and our staff.
  • Collaborate with communications, marketing, and other crew to define, plan, and coordinate content, design, and presentation solutions.
  • Participates extensively during brainstorming sessions and helps consolidate deliverables and solutions from various contributors.
  • Uses creative tools to enhance Vanguard's communications and marketing capabilities.
  • Transform draft materials and concepts into concise and meaningful visuals, media, and/or design solutions.
  • Directs and manages multiple and/or higher profile creative services projects and ensures a cohesive production or end-product.
  • Maintain and develop design standards and brand identity.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Must have digital design experience.
  • Must understand digital best practices.
  • At least 3 years of graphic design/video editing experience, expert knowledge in Adobe
  • Designers must be available on relatively short notice and willing to work during the Arizona time zone if needed.
  • Hard worker, good work ethic, honest, organized, punctual with deadlines.

System requirements:

  • Internet Speed: At least 10mbps
  • CPU: Core i5 (8th generation minimum) or i7 (8th generation minimum)
  • RAM: Minimum of 16GB
  • Storage: Minimum 256GB SSD or 500GB HDD
  • Operating System: Genuine Windows (Preferably Pro).
  • Audio: A good quality headset preferably equipped with noise cancellation
  • Video: A laptop/PC with webcam or a good-quality webcam

To ensure the security of our firm, we can only consider candidates who have a Windows operating machine. Having Windows Pro would be a significant advantage. If you are a Mac user and wish to apply, please note that you will need to acquire a Windows operating machine once you are accepted to perform the job with us.
