Overview:The Ad Operations team is a growing group of fun individuals responsible for the monetization of video content for Paramount’s Digital portfolio. We have touch points in almost all content from helping monetize entertainment series VOD all the way up to major events like CBS’ broadcast of the Super Bowl. The goal of the team is not only to traffic campaigns, but to be the ad server experts and help internal teams customize opportunities for clients, deliver campaigns, and drive revenue.This role will Report to the Senior Director, Advertising Traffic. They will help with ad hoc reporting for senior management as well as help build a system of dashboards and automated processes designed to drive efficiency and accuracy for the ad ops team. Paramount ad trafficking is a complex system with many requirements from clients and add distribution partners that need of data points monitored daily.
