We’re TheyDo, a fully remote B2B SaaS organisation. Founded in 2019, we are the leading journey management platform, on a mission to make the customer journey the most powerful business tool there is. What you'll do: You like to get things right, a pragmatic perfectionist with a desire for performance, pixel perfection, and delightful user experiences. You understand the right balance between code readability, simplicity, development speed, performance, and maintainability. We're building a platform for design-savvy users. They expect enterprise power with consumer-grade user experience. Your top priority is crafting a delightful, easy-to-use product and getting it ready for scale. Areas where you’ll make an impact include: You’ll be working with a modern stack. We love TypeScript and use typed VueJS codebases with GraphQL, Apollo, AWS, ECS, Postgres, Redis, ElasticSearch, websockets, DDD, and microservices where needed. You’ll join a cross-functional product team consisting of a PM, designer, and 4-6 engineers. In your work, you’ll be supported by our DevOps, QA, Analytics, and AI teams. What you won’t do: Unnecessary meetings. Your focus time is precious to us, and we believe in maximising that and communication in async where possible.
