We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer who is passionate about working with a large, established codebase and eager to contribute to the evolution of our platform. You will be instrumental in implementing new screens and components using our modern frontend tech stack.


This is a 6-month contract position, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.


Please note that visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.


Key Responsibilities


  • Work extensively with our legacy Ruby-on-Rails codebase to maintain and enhance existing features.
  • Implement new screens and UI components using TailwindCSS, DaisyUI, and Hotwire.
  • Collaborate closely with our small, lean team to design and develop new functionalities.
  • Take full ownership of your work, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code and effective solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and maintain coding standards.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing features for improved performance and user experience.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development.
  • Proficiency in Ruby-on-Rails and a deep understanding of its ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS, DaisyUI, and Hotwire.
  • Comfort working with a large, mature codebase and the ability to navigate and refactor it efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
  • A passion for music and an interest in supporting the music community is a plus.
