What You’ll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a talented development team.
  • Deliver scalable web services and backend solutions using Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
  • Drive excellence in cloud services with AWS, containerization (Kubernetes), and ETL processes.
  • Shape the future of our technical roadmap with your expertise in Agile methodologies.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of Python development experience and 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), web frameworks, and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
  • Strong problem-solving, mentoring skills, and advanced English communication.

What Sets You Apart
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and AWS tools like Lambda & CloudWatch.
  • Knowledge of Redis, MongoDB, and front-end tech like React.
  • Contributions to open-source projects? Even better!
