Role Pitch The Implementation Consultant's role is to support project teams in implementing new clients onto the CloudPay platform. As part of CloudPay’s payroll implementation team, the Implementation Consultant will work closely with Project Managers and Payroll Subject Matter Experts/ InCountry Providers and work collaboratively with CloudPay global payroll operations teams.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • The Implementation consultant will work closely with Project Managers and will be responsible for performing requirements analysis, payroll system configuration and testing
  • This is a high visibility client-facing role which requires acting as the client’s main point of contact for payroll-specific queries arising at any point of time during the implementation life cycle
  • Understanding of payroll is a must to be able to review and validate client’s payroll details for completeness
  • Quality of information provided as well as perform gap analysis between the client’s current payroll and CloudPay’s payroll platform
  • Ensuring the payroll review processes are followed and parallels and handover documents are signed off
  • Ensures that testing of development work is thorough and is signed off by clients
  • This role will be responsible for transitioning newly implemented projects to the Regional Operations team by documenting the “payroll transition manual” specific to each implementation and shadowing the Operations team during the project stabilization period
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate and document client requirements as this role would frequently act as the conduit between client user groups and IT Engineering (development & testing) teams

Description Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Solid working experience in payroll processing or HRIS implementation
  • Experience in the implementation of payroll and/or HR solutions
  • Knowledge of how a business operates and achieves profitability
  • Knowledge of different international payrolls and statutory requirements
  • High degree of competence with MS Office suite of software
  • Experience with different payroll platforms in the setup phase and operating phase of payrolls, especially Sage, Meta4, Highline, Oracle, SAP
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on projects including new business, process development, partner and vendor management.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to all levels of business stakeholders
  • Achieving results through 3rd parties and vendor/partner management skills
  • Cooperating with multiple agencies who are not under the job holder’s direct control
