Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Automation Tester with industry experience in Aviation. You'll be responsible for developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure the reliability and performance of aviation software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
- Collaborate with software developers, QA engineers, and business analysts to understand system requirements and design test cases.
- Conduct thorough testing of aviation software applications to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results, generate test reports, and communicate findings to the development team and stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automation testing, with at least 2 years in the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of aviation standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, QTP, TestComplete, or similar.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
