Your Mission Will Be
- Lead discovery sessions to bridge stakeholders and development teams;
- Own and scale the design system, ensuring reusable frontend components;
- Provide technical insights in cross-functional teams to enhance user experience;
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and best practices;
- Efficiently debug and resolve frontend issues;
- Build and optimize frontend components using OutSystems.
You Will Need
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development, with 1-3 years working on the OutSystems platform
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript;
- Understanding of OutSystems development and design systems (experience in creating design systems is a plus);
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
Would Be Awesome If You Have
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related;
- Experience in Accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and responsive design principles;
- Previous experience in Agile environments;
- Minimum English proficiency of B2 level; the ability to communicate effectively; in a multicultural environment is crucial as our team collaborates internationally.
