Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions and corporate entities. 🔍
- Outbound Outreach: Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services. 📞✉️
- Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to qualify interest and budgets. 💬
- Achieve Goals: Meet monthly targets for qualified leads to measure performance. 🎯
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and track progress. 📊
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share insights. 🤝
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback. 📈
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales development or lead generation; start-up experience is a plus. 🏢
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. 🗣️
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage prospects effectively. 📝
- Technical Aptitude: Quick learner with familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 💻
