Your Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients, including educational institutions and corporate entities. 🔍
• Outbound Outreach: Engage prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services. 📞✉️
• Qualification: Conduct meaningful conversations to qualify interest and budgets. 💬
• Achieve Goals: Meet monthly targets for qualified leads to measure performance. 🎯
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and track progress. 📊
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share insights. 🤝

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in sales development or lead generation; start-up experience is a plus. 🏢
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. 🗣️
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to engage prospects effectively. 📝
• Technical Aptitude: Quick learner with familiarity in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). 💻
• Cultural Understanding: Knowledge of GCC business practices is desirable. 🌐
