About You:
- 3-4 years of experience in social media, marketing, advertising or journalism, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Avid user of social media and the internet.
- Deep understanding of Mexican culture and the US Hispanic market.
- Skilled in uncovering consumer insights and creating content from scratch.
- Expert at swiftly and effectively resolving copywriting challenges, consistently integrating the brand's positioning into every piece of content.
- Innovative and format-savvy to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively and strategically engage with social media communities, fostering meaningful interactions to strengthen our online presence.
- Develop and implement organic content calendars for Meta, X/Twitter, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring alignment with target audience preferences.
- Collaborate with senior creatives and designers to produce targeted, funnel-driven assets for paid media campaigns.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in AI tools and platform algorithm updates to optimize content strategy.
- Write proficiently in both Spanish and English, with bilingual proficiency preferred but not mandatory.
