- Infrastructure Management: Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop, maintain, and enhance continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software delivery process.
- Monitoring & Logging: Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of new features and releases.
- Security: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards across all stages of the development lifecycle.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents, ensuring high availability and performance of production systems.
- Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and tools.
- Versioning Control: Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
- Experience in handling ERP product/system.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, load balancing, and firewalls.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or other version control and CI/CD tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
