We are looking for a proactive and positive SuccessFactors Specialist to enable high quality people processes, data quality and better user experience.


The position is reporting to Digital HR Manager and can be based anywhere in Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement global HR application projects & processes (planning, defining, designing, testing, implementing, configuration) - both first time implementations & enhancements/optimization
  • Lead from a systems perspective the annual talent cycle – take care of needed business configuration and Group Admin tasks for launching the processes.
  • Ensure high quality application implementation and positive user experience by creating global guidance, designing & delivering trainings and ensuring support.
  • Gather user feedback and translate into development initiatives.
  • Ensure that system configuration documentation is updated (e.g. workbooks)
  • Develop competence of HR users (knowledge sharing and communication)
  • Coordinate the team in providing level 2 functional support and escalate the problem solving to SAP/Partner(s) when needed.
  • Close collaboration with HR process owners and IT
  • Close collaboration with external partners and vendors to ensure best practice usage of applications.


Needed Experience to succeed in this role:

  • +3-4 years’ experience in HR process and system development in global organization
  • Experience in project management in virtual, international set-up
  • +3-4 years’ experience deep system knowledge on SuccessFactors, including certification. Mandatory: SF Recruiting and Onboarding. SF Compensation and/or Variable Pay would be a plus. Experience in SF Learning would be nice to have.
  • Strong understanding on and interest in HR applications and tools.
  • Experience in working on agile contexts.
