About The Role

A fast-growing sports platform in the US is seeking a **Senior Data Analyst** with relevant marketing measurement experience to support the marketing growth team.

The role involves working with a product portfolio that includes a variety of free-to-play Fantasy Sports and real money Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS) games and applications across diverse sports leagues.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain datasets, KPIs, and reporting tools/dashboards for various teams, focusing on marketing.

- Create statistical models to explain campaign performance, impact, and key patterns.

- Identify insights and trends without relying on full attribution accuracy.

- Perform ad-hoc analyses to better understand user behavior and trends, the impact of different promotions, etc.

- Translate insights into actionable recommendations.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to test and iterate on existing and new campaigns.

Qualifications

- 3-5+ years of experience in an analytics-oriented role is required.

- Strong SQL skills, including experience building and maintaining complex SQL pipelines.

- Strong statistical knowledge: ability to differentiate between incrementality vs. correlations, confounder identification, and remediation.

- Comprehensive understanding of marketing measurement, attribution, and analysis.

- Experience working with Tableau or similar visualization tools.

- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages is a strong plus, but not mandatory.

- Self-starter who thrives in a high level of autonomy.

For this position, a reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new hires is between **$90,000 USD to $150,000 USD**, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO, and 401k.
