RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst III. This is a 100% remote job, but the Manager's preference is the West Coast of the United States.

Duties:

• BI Reporting Analyst III will design and conduct incrementality measurement to understand impact, generate actionable insights and drive optimization recommendations for cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to define key business questions, identify data solutions and drive business decisions at different phases of the campaign
• Perform deep-dive business analysis using various techniques, (e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory analysis, and predictive modeling)
• Create dashboards and scorecards to track campaign performance, facilitate discussion and accelerate decision-making process
• As a BI Reporting Analyst III, you will compile reports and present to senior leadership by building data narratives around areas of growth and opportunities
• May occasionally guide less experienced business data analysts
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience; Advanced degree preferred
• Prior experience with paid marketing channels, analyzing paid media campaign performances, media optimization
• Experienced in advanced statistical analysis, experimentation design, and marketing attribution, and AI/ML models
• Has a foundational understanding of incremental marketing measurement techniques like MMM and geo experimentation
• Practical experience constructing data pipelines and ETLs with SQL and Python
• Strong capability to manipulate and analyze large complex datasets to mine insights
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have flexibility to shift priorities when needed
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
