- Maintain and update records and reports related to work orders
- Engage maintenance technicians for facilities/production maintenance calls
- Perform administrative duties as assigned
- Dispatch and log tickets for trade service technicians
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years' experience in helpdesk or customer service
- At least 6 months of current or past experience as a help desk operator for the employer
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Ability to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet work area
- Previous experience dispatching/logging tickets for trade service technicians
- Familiarity with Maximo or SAP systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with demanding situations
