- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
- Previous experience in customer service or sales-related roles
- Strong aptitude for conflict resolution and negotiation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with change and ambiguity
- Familiarity with call center operations or customer experience management
