We are looking for a Buyer who brings analytical experience, strong collaboration, and organizational skills for a fast-paced high-growth environment.

What we do

Our global Sourcing, Procurement and third-party Supplier team develops innovative category management strategies in collaboration with the business. The team focuses on strategic third-party partner agreements and helps support supplier relationship management, commercial and financial pricing models for overall supplier performance.

  • Champion Statements of Work (SOW) development and ensure accurate quoting and data analysis.
  • Engage with Engineering and Suppliers to facilitate clear communication and alignment, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Review and analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Identify and assess risks to business operations (e.g., delivery, quality, cost) and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain accuracy of purchase item data and planning parameters to drive MPS/MRP processes. Provide status reporting on expedited and late material orders.
  • Resolve purchasing-related issues with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Receiving, Production Planning, etc.), ensuring alignment with quality and production requirements.
  • With the help of planning, determine Spare parts needs on site and execute purchase orders. Understand lead times, lot sizes and implications of stock shortages through re-order points and safety stock. Minimize waste through intelligent ordering and communicate with suppliers and engineers to ensure requirements are met within standards.
  • Utilize MRP systems (SAP preferred) and planning tools to analyze inventory order patterns and sales data, providing insights for strategic purchasing decisions.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support procurement operations and business objectives.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, ideally within the robotics or automation industry.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to meet internal and external service level requirements.
