Account Development Representative:

This role will be part of our dynamic and high-performing US sales team, and report directly to our VP of US Sales. The ADR will help identify and grow Tier 1 accounts, and partner with Account Executives to craft unique, impactful interactions, ensuring every prospect feels valued and relevant. Main objectives and key responsibilities of the role:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Identify, influence, and grow a select number of Tier 1 accounts that evolve into specific opportunities (SQLs).
  • Leverage Advanced Technology: Use our state-of-the-art tech stack to analyze and engage with prospects ready for interaction (Salesforce, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement, 6sense)
  • Optimize Daily Activities:Utilize multiple channels to increase interactions, maintain consistent phone engagement to secure meetings.
  • Create Unique Interactions:Develop strong points of view with Account Executives (AEs) to ensure every prospect interaction is relevant and impactful.

What does success in the role look like?

  • Drive SQL Flow:Ensure a steady flow of SQLs towards AEs focusing on Tier 1 accounts.
  • Stakeholder Identification:Recognize and map key stakeholders at prospects who could be potential champions, economic buyers, or technical decision makers.
  • Campaign Innovation:Collaborate with marketing to create new campaigns that outmaneuver competitors. You will be an integral part of our GTM team.
  • Data Analysis:Continuously analyze data to determine effective strategies and optimize efforts towards high-potential opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Analysis:Provide deep analytics and comprehensive stakeholder maps for Tier 1 accounts to aid Promon and AEs in strategic planning.
  • Growth Support:Contribute to Promon's ambition of achieving year-over-year growth.
  • Meeting and Prospect Goals: Book multiple meetings per month with customers and prospects, and identify new customers monthly.

Your background and experience:

  • Proven track record in generating high-level meetings (global client experience preferred).
  • Like to experiment with new approaches and adopt a strategic mindset to win
  • Excellent phone communication skills and ability to deliver a compelling elevator pitch.
  • Strong analytical skills for personalized account engagement.
  • High energy and resilience, especially during challenging times.
  • Coachability and willingness to continuously learn, and take lessons from mistakes.
  • Eagerness to learn and understand complex and technical products with a background or interest in becoming an IT-security expert.

🌎 Location: Fully remote within the U.S. (Central or Eastern time zone preferred)

Reporting Into: VP of US Sales

💰Compensation: OTE $70,000-$117,000 - depending on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skills and experience - offer may vary from the range listed.
