EMEA Sales Team Lead - Inbound Success Coach Team

HubSpot is on the lookout for a Team Lead for our Inbound Success Coach team in the EMEA region.

The ISC Learning & Development team is responsible for onboarding and ramping up new hires around the globe, and for supporting ISC skills development. The team is committed to providing best-in-class learning experiences that ensure ISCs success and growth throughout the ISC Journey.

The primary scope of the role will be onboarding and successfully ramping up new hires based in EMEA. It will also involve supporting the TL team in the development and optimization of the ISC learning journey, creating and rolling global-friendly enablement content, and assisting with the successful execution of specific plays within the global ISC team.

In This Role, You’ll Be

  • Responsible for onboarding new hires successfully
  • Coaching, training/teaching consistently to develop successful ISCs.
  • Learning the ins and outs of project management for a scaling team
  • Collaborating with Team Leads to manage projects from start to finish
  • Identifying training and skill development gaps
  • Creating, delivering, and rolling out enablement training
  • Monitoring and supporting the team questions on various slack channels, and supporting the team during challenges.

You Must Have

  • Experience in Coaching/Training/Teaching.
  • BDR/SDR or Sales experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Extraordinary organizational and time management skills, attention to detail
