What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Review and document status of accounts and initiate telephone contact with insurance companies and repossession agents
• Manage customer warranty and Gap Claims
• Total Loss vehicle processing
• Consumer data entry
• Prepare correspondences on delinquent accounts requiring special handling
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Eastern
• HS Diploma or GED
• 3+ years customer service or back-office experience in a high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel)

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
