- Total Loss vehicle processing
- Consumer data entry
- Prepare correspondences on delinquent accounts requiring special handling
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm Eastern
- HS Diploma or GED
- 3+ years customer service or back-office experience in a high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel)
- Experience in the financial technology industry
- Proficiency in additional software programs such as CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments
- Knowledge of insurance and warranty claims processing
