In the role of Senior Full-Stack Engineer, your responsibilities will encompass the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-native event-driven systems integral to our product offerings. Being a compact and agile organization, CHAPTR places significant emphasis on individuals who can take initiative, extend their purview beyond their immediate responsibilities to align with the broader product vision, and contribute to the development of a self-organized team that excels in a streamlined and productive agile process. What You Will Be Doing

• Collaboratively design event-driven cloud-native system based on delightful UX designs
• Implement technical designs across the stack with a high level of automated testing & monitoring
• Collaborate with our AI engineers to integrate their work into our production code base
• Effectively & efficiently plan and track work in our task tracking tool
• Effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members to achieve our ambitious milestones
• Continuously improve the quality of our codebase and our agile processes
• Maintain our production environment
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Friendly, concise, audience-oriented communication in written and spoken form (English)
• Pragmatic, result-oriented analytical problem solving skills that overcome ambiguity
• Self-organised, purpose-driven individual that likes to collaborate with and enable their team
• Experience in building lean, resilient, event-driven cloud systems
• Able to implement Clean Architecture & Onion Architecture principles
• Full-Stack Development - ideally with some or most of our Tech-Stack
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
• Proactively taking ownership to drive features from technical design to implementation.
• Experience building lean, resilient, event-driven cloud-native applications - Full-Stack
• Experience scoping & planning projects from prerequisites & milestones to individual tasks
• Disciplined developer able to work in a trunk-based development environment at high velocity
• Ability to quickly adopt new technologies, frameworks & programming languages
• Ability to refine requirements with non-technical stakeholders based on vague ideas
• Experience & understanding of current GenAI tools

• Experience with our entire AppDev TechStack
• Experience with MLOps on Vertex AI (Pipelines, Workbench, Endpoints)
• Some experience integrating LLMs into applications, Langchain or LlamaIndex
• Experience implementing SRE methodologies
