- Site Reliabilty Role - joining a team of 3.
- Assess and enhance software system architecture alongside technical teams.
- Ensure operational standards are met, monitor metrics, and lead improvement initiatives.
- Oversee security measures, compliance, and risk management in alignment with legal standards.
- Conduct performance tests and develop disaster recovery plans.
- Lead incident response, analyze root causes, and enhance technical documentation.
- Improve day-to-day operations and stay updated on emerging technologies for process enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, coach junior staff, and support ad hoc tasks.
- Demonstrated experience in managing software deployments with defined SLAs and SLOs.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code tools, and programming/scripting languages.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certificates in relevant fields.
- Ability to independently drive projects and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.
- Nice-to-have: experience in startups, diverse tech stacks, and interest in decentralized technologies.
