This team approach allows each group to act independently and as a whole to meet the day-to-day needs of the association.As An Accounting Assistant, The Key Responsibilities Are - Request and compile all incoming HOA account information from a previous management company and transfer it to our system for our company to start the onboarding process
- Provide all outgoing HOA’s account information to the new management company in a timely manner.
- Communicate with homeowners, Property Managers, previous Management Companies, Board of Directors, law offices, utility companies, and vendors via email and over the phone to assist in the transition process.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Review a high volume of electronic files and save them in appropriate folders in multiple software
- Reach out to different people and companies to obtain information.
- Read and interpret various reports including, but not limited to, balance sheets, income statements, general ledgers, and budgets within various formats to include information on CRM.
- Knowledge of how to properly file items electronically.
- Document communications.
- Answer incoming calls and emails.
- Ability to research and obtain information to resolve homeowners’ needs.
- Conduct follow-up on specific requests made to agents by homeowners.
- Filing of Paperwork.
ScheduleMonday to Friday - Monday to Thursday
- Standard time: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mexico City time
- Daylight saving in the US: 6:00 to 3:00 PM Mexico City time
- Fridays
- Standard time: 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM Mexico City time
- Daylight saving in the US: 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Mexico City time

Minimum Requirements - ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST (WRITTEN AND SPOKEN)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles (understanding of debits and credits, reading financial statements, journal entries. reading and recording invoices in ERPs)
- Experience working with AP or supporting back-office activities in an accounting department.
- Feel comfortable working with different deadlines.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
- Strong decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to critically think in fast-paced environment
