Pacific NW Federal Credit Union in NE Portland is seeking an entry level Loan Support Specialist to support our Lending Department by ensuring accurate and efficient loan processing and servicing. This position earns a highly competitive rate of $22 - $25 per hour. A Day in the Life of a Loan Support Specialist

As a Loan Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Lending Department. You'll report to the Chief Lending Officer and be responsible for a variety of loan servicing tasks, including:

• Checking in all perfected titles through loan origination system; releasing liens within acceptable time frames.
• Printing and mailing welcome notifications and other outgoing mail.
• Processing member-initiated DocuSign forms.
• Performing loans, membership, and account maintenance.
• Responding to inquiries from members, staff, and vendors primarily via email
• Providing backup support for Indirect and Direct Consumer Loan Funding

You will find satisfaction in ensuring excellent member service through timely and accurate loan processing.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of related experience (e.g., office administration, data entry, insurance processing, or financial institutions)
• Prior experience in Banking or Credit Unions a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
