Property Rush is building a more efficient way to operate residential real estate. Our work sits at the intersection of project execution, property performance, financial discipline, and customer experience. As we grow, we need stronger leadership across the systems that keep the business moving.
We are seeking a Vice President of Portfolio Operations to oversee the operating engine behind our portfolio. This leader will bring structure across projects, property operations, financial coordination, and cross-functional accountability.
This is a high-impact role for someone who can move between strategy and execution, strengthen business rhythms, and help scale a growing organization without losing control of quality or results.
This position begins remotely and is designed to transition into a Chattanooga-based hybrid leadership role as the business continues to expand.
This is an opportunity to shape how a growing company operates at scale. The right leader will help connect people, processes, and performance in a way that supports long-term growth.
Compensation
This role offers a base salary of $90,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives, with total annual earnings potential of $130,000 to $180,000.
Comp includes performance incentives tied directly to measurable outcomes.
Flexible schedule, employee assistance program, professional development support, and referral program, with the opportunity for transition into a full-time permanent role based on performance. Full-time employees may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, paid holidays, and additional company-sponsored benefits.
