Why Join Us

In this role, you’ll influence the technical direction of client-facing platforms, architect scalable systems that drive digital transformation, and coach engineering leaders to maximize their teams’ impact. You’ll have the autonomy to solve challenging problems, introduce best-in-class practices, and directly contribute to both our internal growth and our clients’ success.

  • Lead the design and implementation of resilient backend services optimized for performance, maintainability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate and evolve cloud architectures and deployments on multiple public clouds (AWS, GCP, Azure) partnering with platform engineers.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate client goals into impactful technical solutions.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception through production.
  • Define and champion best practices in testing, observability, security, and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve critical technical debt, executing high-value refactors that improve delivery velocity and system health.
  • Mentor and grow engineers and managers through coaching, code reviews, and technical guidance.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and AI-driven problem solving, leveraging tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Copilot.
  • Shape long-term technical strategy, influencing architecture and process decisions across multiple products and teams.

What We’re Looking For

Core Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with expertise in full-stack development.
  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, AEM.
  • Backend: Node.js, Java.
  • Cloud: AWS Preferred
  • CI/CD: GitHub Actions.
  • Proven track record designing, building, and maintaining scalable, event-driven systems.
  • Strong understanding of web performance (Core Web Vitals), accessibility, and compliance considerations.

Architecture & Leadership Skills

  • Deep knowledge of software architecture, system design, and scalability principles.
  • Experience leading technical strategy and mentoring both senior engineers and managers.
  • Skilled in balancing business objectives with technical execution.
  • Effective communicator who drives clarity, alignment, and constructive collaboration across teams.
