Job Description:

Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a 1st Shift Warehouse Receiving Supervisor at our Distribution Location in Bowling Green, KY. The Warehouse Packer Supervisor ensures that all goods are received accurately, inspected for quality, recorded properly, and stored in accordance with company procedures. This role will lead a team, enforce safety and compliance standards, and work cross-functionally to support warehouse efficiency.

 

Summary of Job Duties:

  • Ensure all safety regulations and proper use of equipment, like forklifts, and company policies are followed. 
  • Monitor daily receiving operations, including unloading, accurate and timely data entry and documentation of incoming shipments.
  • Allocate workloads and resources to meet receiving deadlines and optimize productivity.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership.
  • Experienced using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions and process improvement. 
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and train a team of employees. 
  • Strong skills in planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks with competing deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Ability to give both positive and constructive feedback and hold teams accountable to company goals and processes. 
  • Ability to create tools and strategies for tracking performance. 
  • Review and update SOP’s as necessary.

Summary of Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or receiving operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role. 
  • Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Familiar with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks).
  • Detail-oriented and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.

Monday-Friday Day Shift; with occasional weekend overtime.
