City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our CBS Division. If you thrive on prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and having control over your earning potential, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle — from identifying and prospecting new business to closing the deal and managing the project through completion. You’ll work alongside our account management and operations teams while leveraging our network of independent contractors to deliver solutions for our clients.

Our CBS Division coordinates 20+ interior and exterior commercial facility services. The real value is not simply the number of services we offer. Our Sales Executives work from the client's side of the table—understanding the problem, developing the right solution, coordinating qualified contractors, and remaining accountable through completion.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, identify, and qualify new commercial business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct sales appointments and presentations.
• Identify client needs and develop customized service solutions.
• Prepare proposals, overcome objections, negotiate, and close new business.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through signed agreement.
• Utilize our CRM to track activities, opportunities, and customer information.
• Manage sold projects to ensure successful completion of the agreed-upon scope of work.
• Develop and maintain strong, mutually profitable client relationships.
• Consistently achieve sales activity and revenue goals.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

•  2+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience. Proven performers from commercial construction, restoration, specialty trades or facility services are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Proven track record of success in outside sales.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Experience managing a defined sales process from prospect to close.
• Ability to quickly understand client needs and present effective solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your own pipeline.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Prior sales training is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
• Competitive, self-directed, commercially credible, and comfortable being measured against clear performance expectations.
