💼 Key Responsibilities

As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll work alongside nonprofit partners and event teams to create impactful, community-based experiences.
You will:

• Assist with planning and executing charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns

• Support event logistics — including setup, registration, signage, and on-site coordination

• Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to promote nonprofit missions

• Manage promotional materials, event supplies, and campaign communications

• Collect and organize donor information and help with post-event reporting

• Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit representatives to ensure event success
