Job Description
Supervise and lead the Student Recruitment and Admissions Department. Oversees annual work plans, hiring, services, systems, policies, staffing, reporting, and communications that relate to prospect and applicant areas within student life cycle.
Salary Range:
$30.10 - $43.59 hourly / $62,849 - 91,016 annually
Minimum Qualifications
Three years of experience in college recruitment and enrollment services; a Bachelor’s degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.
One year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of enrollment management principles.
Knowledge of standard computer software programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases sufficient to create, modify, and protect files.
Ability to oversee, lead, train, and evaluate the work activities of employees in their work area.
Preferred Qualification
Five years of professional experience; a Master’s degree may substitute for 1.5 years of professional experience.
Five years of supervisory experience.
Ability to communicate sufficiently to develop and implement policies and procedures.
Knowledge of public relations methods sufficient to motivate cooperation among college, business, and community partners.
Experience in providing support services to underrepresented students.
Experience in providing academic advisement to college students.
Knowledge of occupational and career assessment instruments.
Knowledge of post-secondary educational systems.
Demonstrated experience maintaining a work environment that respects and values differences and diversity.
Ability to project and formulate needs pertaining to the department and make changes as needed.
Demonstrated financial management and administrative skills.
Analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills sufficient to fully understand end-user requirements and create viable business solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and take the initiative to do a job without regular help and advice from others.

8 hours/day, 8:00-4:30, Monday - Friday
