POSTION OVERVIEW:
To assist in maintaining the campus cafeteria in an efficient and effective manner to provide
nutritious and high-quality meals in accordance with Federal, State and local laws, regulations,
mandates, and health requirements.
This position is primarily responsible for the daily operations of the cafeteria and will perform
their duties under the direct supervision of the campus cafeteria manager and cafeteria lead;
prepare food as assigned, following proper meal standards, written standardized recipes and
instructions, portion control methods and safe food handling practices; maintain facilities and
equipment in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition; may be required to use more complex
high volume production equipment; and do other related work as may be required.

Successful candidates will need to clear DOJ LiveScan and bring in proof of current TB clearance. You will also be asked to complete a Food Handlers program once hired.
