Our Core Business HoursOverview
The Sr. Analyst, Business Operations supports pharmacy data management, driving process improvements, and resolving complex operational challenges. This role collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure seamless data integration and operational excellence across our book of business. Sr. Analyst, Business Operations will directly impact benefit setup, claims processing, member services, and our direct client concierge teams, making this role a key contributor to our success.
Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Lead business analysis for major strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Facilitate effective brainstorming and requirements sessions with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Define and document business requirements, securing sign-off from sponsors and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain business process models, flow diagrams, and impact charts for affected processes.
- Collect and organize project documentation to ensure accessibility and reduce burden on business partners.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system enhancements against business needs.
- Manage issue and defect tracking, ensuring timely resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance on elicitation techniques, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement.
- Primary support roles are claim operations, concierge operations and call center operations.
- Support other duties as assigned to advance team and organizational goals.
- Support the reporting needs of the department; develop and deliver reporting on an as-needed basis.
- Ensure compliance with the organization’s strict data sharing and confidentiality guidelines.
- Manage member and pharmacy related requests via Jira and resolve within the agreed upon SLAs.
- Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience:
- Knowledge of benefit accumulators, eligibility, and data extracts preferred.
- Demonstrate effective adaptability to new technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Products.
