What You'll Do:
  • Welcome and support new team members with a smooth, friendly onboarding process.
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts - from scheduling interviews to communicating with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with benefits and payroll
  • Serve as a helpful, trusted resource for HR-related questions.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives.
  • Assist with compliance, tracking and reporting to keep things running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior HR experience or education, preferred (bonus if you have an HR certification)
  • Great communication and organization skills
  • A warm, approachable personality and genuine love for people
  • Ability to juggle details while staying calm, professional and kind
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager a plus)
