What You'll Do:
- Welcome and support new team members with a smooth, friendly onboarding process.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts - from scheduling interviews to communicating with candidates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with benefits and payroll
- Serve as a helpful, trusted resource for HR-related questions.
- Support employee engagement, recognition and culture-building initiatives.
- Assist with compliance, tracking and reporting to keep things running smoothly.
- Prior HR experience or education, preferred (bonus if you have an HR certification)
- Great communication and organization skills
- A warm, approachable personality and genuine love for people
- Ability to juggle details while staying calm, professional and kind
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager a plus)
