Job Responsibilities
Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to pre- determined schedules, customer requests and immediate needs
Serve as a reliable point of contact to balance drivers’ health and safety with customer requirements
Coordinating and managing the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company
Collaborate with other departments to maintain good communication flow across the organization
Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
Use computer to send drivers to appropriate locations
Qualifications and Education Requirements
