Position Overview

In this role you will help execute marketing strategies and assist with key marketing initiatives and projects and may attend and support the team at trade shows and events.

What you’ll be doing 

Email Marketing

• Collaborate with Marketing team on promotional calendar, co-manage this calendar
• Develop concepts and submit creative briefs to team for hero banners, social media posts and website banners
• Manage campaigns by organizing assets, content, etc. to assure smooth implementation
• Research, review, and write content for emails 
• Collaborate with contract bloggers/content writers
• Gather all elements for emails (product images, URLS, etc.)
• Submit emails for final approval, make edits and schedule through marketing platform
• Create & schedule coupon codes for E-Commerce site

Social Media

• Create content for Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok
• Manage the calendar from idea to fruition
• Schedule posts
• Organize and report on the social media insights bi-weekly
• Research holidays, important dates and information regarding products and subjects of interest
• Answer any customer inquiries received on social media platforms

Shows/Events

• Design and create in-house box stuffers, signage and coupons for events 
• Assist with any other trade show tasks such as booth set up, merchandising planning, new product showcasing, etc.
• Attend events to capture social media content

Online Store

• Organize all assets necessary for posting new products online and write content for product description
• Liaison with vendor to complete SKU sheet and gather assets
• Collaborate with team to assure email promotions and online store are working cohesively
• Manage customer reviews on Yotpo reviewer platform

   Miscellaneous Marketing Tasks

• Collaborate with team to brainstorm marketing and promotional ideas
• Provide sales assistance at the bigger trade shows and events
• Update Customer Service team on the details of promotions, etc. 
• Provide support on all marketing related tasks for Product Development new product initiatives
• Special assignments as needed – inventory, pamphlet distribution, etc.

Is this role for you?

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• This position may be hybrid but will require minimum 3 days per week on-site in Corona CA

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience in Klaviyo, Monday.com, Shopify a plus

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience
