Your Mission
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at UiPath, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our team's future. Your primary focus will be on attracting top talent for our product and engineering departments, while also flexing your skills to support hiring across other vital areas of our business as needed. You'll leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and secure exceptional candidates who will drive innovation and growth at UiPath.
What you'll do at UiPath
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, primarily in product and engineering
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics
Adapt your recruitment approach to support hiring needs in corporate and go-to-market functions as needed
Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring a match in skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage the interview process, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout
Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to continuously improve our hiring strategies
What you'll bring to the team
7+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment, particularly for product and engineering roles; Knowledge of innovative sourcing techniques to attract and engage passive talent
Strong understanding of the tech industry and current market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience negotiating competitive offers with candidates as well as experience interacting with senior leadership
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience recruiting for corporate and go-to-market positions
Familiarity with the AI and automation industry
