Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for clients. We seek a proactive, well-spoken individual who is proficient in English and has strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently

Provide detailed information on our products/services to customers

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

Conduct research and perform data entry tasks as needed

Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues

Work during Central Standard Time (CST) to accommodate client schedules
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

At least 3 years of customer service or call center support experience

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in English (written and spoken)

Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team

Reliable internet connection and computer hardware

Must be a Lagos resident
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)

Experience with data analysis and reporting
