Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for clients. We seek a proactive, well-spoken individual who is proficient in English and has strong expertise in Microsoft Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues effectively and efficiently

  • Provide detailed information on our products/services to customers

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

  • Conduct research and perform data entry tasks as needed

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues

  • Work during Central Standard Time (CST) to accommodate client schedules

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field

  • At least 3 years of customer service or call center support experience

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)

  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team

  • Reliable internet connection and computer hardware

  • Must be a Lagos resident

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs)

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
