Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual KPIs and performance targets including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling times.
• Collaborate constructively with cross-functional team members and contribute positively to a high-performance, supportive remote working culture.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency — both spoken and written — is absolutely essential for this role, as you will be communicating exclusively with Dutch-speaking customers on a daily basis.
• A valid EU passport or equivalent documentation confirming the right to work within the European Union is mandatory.
• A solid command of English at a professional working level is required for internal communications, training, and administrative tasks.
