Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically tailored for the Customer Support Services industry.
• Previous experience in a CX, support, or service-oriented role is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site office environment.
