Continuous Improvement Specialist - AI (Laval, FR, 53032) bei MANN+HUMMEL

Main Tasks

• Continuous Improvement & Transformation

o Drive continuous improvement programs with a focus on AI-enabled solutions across the Technology departments.

o Establish frameworks, methods, and best practices for sustainable AI adoption and continuous innovation.

o Ensure AI initiatives align with global innovation priorities and deliver cross-regional scalability (Americas, Europe, Asia).

• Collaboration & Scaling

o Act as a liaison between Technology, Business Units, Digital Ventures, GDA (Global Data Analytic) and IT to scale successful AI initiatives globally.

o Support change management and communication strategies to foster a culture of AI-driven innovation.

o Benchmark external best practices in AI adoption and translate them into company context.

• Governance & Capability Building MANN+HUMMEL - General

o Develop and maintain AI performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to measure business impact.

o Provide regular updates to management.

o Ensure all AI-related activities comply with data governance, ethics, and security standards.

o Provide training, coaching, and guidance to employees and leaders on AI adoption, innovation methods, and continuous improvement.

• Innovation & Research Enablement

▪ Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for applying AI to new business models, digital platforms, and IoT-driven solutions.

▪ Partner with R&D and corporate venture teams to explore AI powered technologies, startups, and ecosystems that accelerate growth. 

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Innovation Management, or Business Administration. • Certification in Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) is highly desirable.

• Additional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics are a strong plus. Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Digital Transformation, or Innovation roles, ideally in an international industrial or technology-driven environment.

• Proven track record of leading initiatives that combine AI technologies with business impact, such as process excellence, digital platforms, or new product development.

• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and platforms (machine learning, generative AI, predictive analytics, IoT).

• Experience in global project management and stakeholder management across functions and geographies. MANN+HUMMEL - General
