About the role: This is an exciting and entrepreneurial opportunity to join a fast-paced software consolidator with a very significant growth trajectory. As a Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in building and nurturing our talent pipeline. You will partner closely with our global talent team and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow in talent acquisition within a dynamic, fast-paced software company.
The successful candidate will work from Lisbon, Portugal / on-site mode.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, and other creative channels.
- Screen potential candidates to assess suitability and interest.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
- Track sourcing activities and provide regular updates on pipeline status.
- Stay up to date with market trends and sourcing best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition (ideally within the private equity industry).
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a on-site and hybrid models.
- Fluency in English is mandatory (Portuguese is a plus).
- Legally authorised to work in Portugal.
