What will be your role
The Business Analysis team helps all General Managers make their markets grow. As a B.A, you will have responsibility for understanding and communicating marketplace dynamics to key stakeholders, and will be actively involved in formulating and analysing growth strategies.
What will you do?
As a business analyst, your goal will be both to support the General Managers you are working with, and the main pillars of your scope will be:
- Marketplace analysis: digging into all our internal metrics
- Growth Strategy: defining and developing our growth plans and experiments
- Competition Intelligence: Look for and analyse how our competitors are growing.
- Recommendations: Make recommendations to grow as fast as possible in a scalable manner.
To do so, you will be in charge of setting business analysis frameworks, sharing high standards analysis methodologies, and enforcing data best practices. You will also help us go deeper in our understanding of our complex marketplaces with advanced analyses.
Does it sound like you?
- You are fluent in French and English and are eligible for VIE
- You're a natural problem solver & multitasker and proven self-starter
- You are skilled in Excel and SQL (Python is a plus), with an understanding of data structures and visualisation tools
- You have a strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
- You show willingness to get your hands dirty, understand and execute in operations at all levels
- You have an ability to work autonomously and you love being part of a team
