Breeden's Orchard is seeking enthusiastic and hardworking Food Service & Kitchen Associates to join our team. In this role, you'll support kitchen operations and provide friendly, efficient service to guests enjoying our farm's unique atmosphere.
Whether you're helping prepare food, plating dishes, or supporting our events, your dedication to quality and guest satisfaction will play a key role in creating memorable experiences at the orchard.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, plating, and serving of food items in accordance with orchard standards.
- Help Chef prepare meals, donuts, ice cream, and farm-favorite menu.
- Support kitchen cleanliness and organization by maintaining prep areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure food is stored and handled safely, following all health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests at service counters or during events.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed throughout the shift.
- Assist with setup, service, and cleanup for on-site private events or seasonal activities.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to meet service goals.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in food service, kitchen work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as required.
