Keen360 is seeking an Account Executive to support the continued growth of our CRM and workflow automation business. This role is designed for a self-directed seller who is comfortable generating and advancing opportunities, while also partnering closely with marketing, platform partners, and senior leadership in a growing, well-structured startup environment.

Keen360 is a specialized ISV and consultancy delivering vertical CRM solutions built on the Creatio no-code and AI-native platform. We serve B2B and B2G organizations that sell solutions through people, processes, and technology — including life sciences companies, manufacturers, distributors, professional services firms, ISVs, and public-sector organizations — helping them modernize away from legacy CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Veeva.

Role Overview

The Account Executive will be responsible for building and advancing pipeline, leading early-stage customer conversations, and partnering with senior leadership and platform partners to progress complex opportunities. Pipeline generation is a shared responsibility: the role requires proactive outbound prospecting and research, while also collaborating closely with Keen360’s marketing team and Creatio’s sales organization on campaigns, qualified lead lists, co-selling motions, and follow-up from industry events and conferences.

This role sells both software subscriptions and professional services and requires comfort discussing business needs, solution approach, and delivery considerations. The Account Executive is expected to manage early- and mid-stage sales activities independently, with senior leadership supporting later-stage conversations, executive engagement, and deal strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound prospecting, research, and targeted outreach

• Collaborate with Keen360’s marketing team on campaign follow-up, qualified lists, and event-sourced leads

• Actively collaborate with Creatio’s sales organization on joint pipeline development, co-selling opportunities, and deal progression

• Engage prospects from industry conferences and trade shows where Keen360 and Creatio participate

• Conduct discovery and early qualification conversations with prospective customers

• Build relationships with VP- and C-level buyers across business and IT functions

• Position Keen360’s solutions and the Creatio platform as modern alternatives to legacy CRM systems

• Advance opportunities through early and mid-stage sales cycles

• Coordinate and schedule solution demonstrations (demos are delivered with support from solution leaders)

• Partner with Keen360 leadership and Creatio account teams on deal strategy, pricing alignment, and late-stage engagement

• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM

• Identify expansion and follow-on opportunities where appropriate

The Startup Environment

Keen360 is a growth-stage company with an established client base, proven products, and increasing market traction. This is not a “build-everything-from-scratch” role, but it does require comfort operating in a lean, evolving environment. The Account Executive will have access to marketing support, tools, qualified lists, platform-partner collaboration, and leadership involvement, while also being expected to manage time, priorities, and pipeline with discipline and initiative.

Requirements

Required Experience & Attributes

• Experience selling enterprise software, professional services, or a combination of both

• Demonstrated ability to contribute meaningfully to pipeline generation

• Comfort initiating and leading early sales conversations

• Strong discovery, listening, and qualification skills

• Familiarity with CRM platforms and solution-selling environments

• Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across teams and partners

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Strongly Preferred

• Experience or working knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms, BPM, or workflow automation

• Familiarity with AI-enabled business applications or interest in AI-driven solutions

• Experience with Salesforce and/or Veeva CRM

• Exposure to B2B or B2G solution-selling organizations (life sciences, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, ISVs, or public sector)

Benefits

Compensation

This role offers competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE), structured as a base salary plus variable incentive compensation, with an expected 50/50 mix consistent with industry standards for enterprise software and services sales roles. Incentive compensation is tied to performance and contribution to both software and services revenue.
