You’ll be the engine behind our post-sales processes, helping keep accounts organized and customers happy — while learning a ton along the way.

If you’re into process optimization, data, teamwork, and tech, this internship is a great launchpad for your career in Customer Success, Operations, or Project Management.

🎯 What You’ll Do

  • Keep things organized: Update account info in tools like HubSpot and Jira, and follow up on support tickets.

  • Work with data: Help collect and organize data for billing reports and customer performance summaries.

  • Make things better: Test tools, suggest improvements, and support continuous process optimization.

🧠 You’re a great fit if you...

  • Are in your final semesters or recently graduated from Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Are super organized, love details, and enjoy making things more efficient.

  • Have intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Communicate well and enjoy working with others.

  • Are curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions or suggest ideas.

  • Have an intermediate to advanced level of English.
